Assistance for stranded travelers

Even though we are in an era of communication, many times stuck travelers do not know what to do, where to ask in order to get some assistance:

• There may be a very long line of people waiting to speak with Airlines reps
• It takes much time and may cost much money to reach the call centers
• The Web brings its huge ocean of information where it’s difficult to find the solution
